Once the concept, dimensions, quantity, and budget are agreed upon, the order is confirmed and production can begin. Custom pieces are made specifically for each project, so timelines depend on the scale and complexity of the work.

3. Handmade Production

Each piece is shaped, finished, and glazed by hand in the studio. Because every creation goes through a unique handmade process, subtle variations in texture, color, and form are part of its character.

4. Final Details & Delivery

Once your pieces are completed and quality-checked, they are carefully prepared for collection or delivery. Shipping and installation arrangements can be discussed depending on the project.

5. Final Payment

The remaining balance and any applicable delivery or shipping costs are settled before the pieces are delivered.
