Returns & Exchanges Policy
All of our products are carefully handcrafted, ensuring each piece is one of a kind.Â
We offer limited quantities of our items. If you’re interested in ordering larger amounts, feel free to contact us directly.
Estimated Lead Times (Excluding Shipping):
• 2 weeks for items in stock.
• 8–12 weeks for new production batches.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Each piece is sold “as is” and may display occasional irregularities due to the artisanal process.
• If your item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked, chipped, or broken), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the exterior (all six sides) and interior packaging to help us resolve the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Returns:
• We do not cover the cost of returns. If a return is mutually agreed upon, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Failure to do so may result in damage during transit, for which you will be held responsible. Any incurred costs must be settled within 48 hours of notification.
• All sales are final. We encourage thoughtful purchasing, as we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect decisions.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for concerns related to clay, glaze, color variations, specks, or other characteristics resulting from our unique production methods. These are natural features of our handmade goods and highlight their artisanal quality.
